Summer Solstice

LOS ANGELES – July 25, 2011 – Hollywood Stars and the Los Angeles Elite came out and played on Saturday, July 23rd at The Prive Group’s annual charity bash, “Summer Solstice 2011.” The fundraiser benefited the Rescue Humanity Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the living conditions of the disenfranchised and vulnerable – orphans, abused women, and the rural poor – of Nepal.

This premier event dazzled guests with a dizzying array of sensory stimulations, starting with the “Concorso Exotica 2011” car exhibit showcasing several exotic vehicles, special Burlesque show by former Pussy Cat Doll and actress/model Rachel Sterling, a celebrity poker tournament with prizes, a sumptuous gourmet buffet, premium open bar, fabulous live and silent auctions, Playboy Playmates, go-go dancers, body painted models, fire-dancing performances, a fashion show from CopaWear International, Benchwarmer International, Dreamgirl International, and AMI Clubwear, and over 250 gorgeous models from across the country.

Rescue Humanity Foundation cares for the neglected and forgotten groups in Nepal through their four projects: Rainbow House, Sharan House, New Found Jewelry, and Project Nepal. Rainbow House orphanage provides Nepalese children with a loving home, an education, healthcare, and, most importantly, protects them from exploitative forces such as child trafficking and prostitution.
