There will also be classes from recognized experts in their fields; a “CHEF’S CHALLENGE” where C-CAP graduate chefs will demonstrate culinary creativity by using a basket of mandatory ingredients to create a Sweet or Savory dish; and an exciting silent auction with one-of-a-kind items.
